Clean and well maintained, large property in very pleasant location. Liked the fact that we could walk to a variety of different pubs and it was mobility friendly.

Thank you for letting us stay in Riverside House we have all had a wonderful time, nobody wanted to go home. I couldn't have picked a nicer place to celebrate my 50th birthday. We will definitely be recommending it to others.

I have to tell you what an amazing house you have, we had a wonderful time and the access to the Monsal Trail is fabulous! We will be back next year [editors comment - the group have already rebooked for early March 2014].

Thank you for a terrific stay at the Riverside House over the weekend. The facilities were brilliant and ensured we had a memorable break.

It is a really beautiful place and we had a great time. I think our only negative comment was the lack of phone signal, which is obviously not your fault and very minor, but as we all arrived at different times, once we had entered the cottage we were uncontactable. Obviously this was just something small, other than that it was perfect. (Editors note - sorry about the phone signal but there is no mobile signal in Litton Mill it is I guess a plus and minus of being in a rural location!).
