A few things to note about the games room:
The pool and snooker tables are not full size.
Table tennis is available in the garage. (When the garage is being used for parking the table tennis table must be folded away).
There is a small fridge that can be used in the games room to keep drinks cold. Please clear away all glasses/cans/bottles when you have finished.
The games room is located above the garage and accessed by external stone stairs.
Wrought iron gate and fencing around external stairs for safety.
